To our friends , I hope you are all doing well during these crazy holiday times. You are all in our thoughts.
This Sunday (11/30/03) we received some very sad news that my very close friend passed away. Both Nicole and I are happy about our baby yet sad about the loss of a very sweet, kind hearted, happy spirited, friend. I will miss you so much... (See Philip's Corner to see a letter from our friend.)
Switch gears... Here we go...
Nicole and I are expecting our first baby this up coming May 2004. We are very excited. We will keep you updated. Mom and sister are hoping for a girl but I'm happy either way. Nicole hasn't experienced any morning sickness but does get tired after 3-4 pm.
Philip didn't get either of the promotions in Portland. Timing wasn't right. We are both happy though. We decided Eugene is the place to be for now.
Nicole and I are staying in Oregon for the holidays. We will have Christmas at our house with the family this year. Lights are all hung up and we have the dogs practicing jingle bells.
